Great products don't always speak for themselves. They can be good and still lose deals, users, and momentum.

The value might already be there.
But people don’t always experience it that way.

Seven years. Teams across 15+ countries. Very different worlds and cultures.

Illustrated city street overgrown with greenery

And I keep coming back to how much a well-designed experience shapes how people see the value, how naturally something fits into the way they already work or live, and whether it becomes something they actually want to keep using.

I’ve seen this play out up close, through the teams and products I’ve worked on — from Fortune 100 companies and family businesses to YC- and Accel-backed startups, across AI, deep-tech, healthcare, finance, defence, consumer spaces, and everything in between.

A few ways I can help you.

What pulls me in

I want to know why a business
works the way it does.

Why people hesitate – users, customers, investors and partners. How a technical decision in a product becomes a human one and how it shapes someone’s day. What changes when I look at things beyond design, but also from the perspectives of business, engineering, marketing and the industry a company operates in.

That curiosity takes me across brand, product, website and systems because the questions I care about keep taking me across them.

The Complexity Gap

You know the product and industry inside out. The people buying or using it bring different levels of knowledge and experience. The work is in making that complexity manageable throughout the product—helping beginners get started, supporting people as their needs grow, and giving experts the depth and control they need.

The Retention Gap

Getting someone to try a product is one thing. Becoming part of their day-to-day workflow is another. That comes down to how well it helps them do their job—how naturally it fits into their work, how much easier it makes important tasks, and whether it gives them a reason to keep using it.

The Growth Gap

The business moves forward, but the experience doesn’t always keep up. The story reflects an earlier stage, the website struggles with new content, and the product feels different depending on where you are. Growth, engineering, business, and design teams spend more time explaining, fixing, and working around the gaps. It gets frustrating for everyone.
